Rutland County Council Launches New Business Masterclass Programme in Partnership with ActionCOACH
Rutland County Council is proud to announce the launch of Rutland Growth Masterclass Programme, developed in collaboration with ActionCOACH. This twelve-week course is specifically designed for business owners, leaders, and managers across Rutland who are seeking to enhance their growth strategies, improve decision-making skills, and develop strong leadership capabilities.
This course will be delivered in person in Rutland and is made possible through funding from Rutland County Council, utilising the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. As a result, the cost to businesses is just £200 (just £16.66 a week!). This project has received £10,000 from the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
Delivered by ActionCOACH, a global leader in business coaching, the Business Masterclass Programme offers a unique blend of training and coaching tailored to meet the needs of Rutland’s business community. Over twelve weeks, participants
will engage in a comprehensive curriculum designed to:
- Enhance their understanding of effective growth strategies
- Improve planning and decision-making skills
- Develop leadership qualities that inspire and drive team success
