Rupert has an extensive background in the IT Management sector with both small and large companies. Throughout his career, he has had exposure to all aspects of management covering marketing, sales, operations, HR, legal, finance, IT, and logistics.

As Rupert has built teams for both sales pursuit and operational delivery he knows how to get a team to work cohesively, efficiently, and more productively.

As a coach, Rupert focuses on leaders to bring structure to their business, build a high-performing team and address the barriers holding the business back.

Working with a multitude of businesses, his skill as a coach has been clearly demonstrated and shown positive results, thus allowing the business leaders more time to do what they enjoy whilst increasing revenue.

Clients work with Rupert because they need someone to coach them to achieve their goals more quickly. He has quickly identified opportunities that helped them grow their business more rapidly than they would have done on their own.

Angela has been involved in the leadership and management of small businesses since she started her own accountancy practice in 2007. As a result, she has many years of entrepreneurial experience and has suffered the pains of business ownership as well as the highs, this means she understands the roller coaster of owning your own business and how to hold on tight!

As Angela is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) she has an in-depth understanding of the money workings of a small business and will assist you in designing your accounting processes, find the vital information required to run your business, and help you understand your most critical business factor – your cashflow.

Angela’s expertise is in service-based companies – people who sell their time. She is ideally placed to work with Accountants, solicitors, marketing agencies, experts in their field, and anyone who exchanges expertise for money.

Clients work with Angela because they are dissatisfied with the level that their business is at. Either they want more, or they want less. She has shown them how to make more profit as well as improve their lifestyle. Angela has also helped them rediscover the dream and passion that drove them into business in the first place.

Adelle is responsible for our Marketing, making sure we hit the balance between informative and fun, and keeping the rest of us organised!

Adelle has held management positions in both private and public sectors. Her background in marketing and web distribution channels means she is able to provide valuable insight into the digital side of marketing and communications.

The digital world moves quickly, and Adelle ensures she keeps on top of updates and new practices. As a practitioner, she gets to know the pros and cons and as a qualified marketeer and lecturer, Adelle is also able to combine marketing and digital strategy with clear communication.

Adelle not only does our marketing, but is also available to support our clients with marketing strategy and practical hands-on facilitation.

Ella joined the team as Chief Curiosity Officer with special responsibility for timekeeping and Fun.  She is interested in everything and reminds us to stay curious.  She takes her new role very seriously, letting us know when it is time for a break and making us all laugh.

Julie is the CEO of ActionCOACH UK and for her working for the UK’s No.1 Coaching Company is all about making a difference. She loves seeing the benefit that coaching can bring to businesses and owners and their families.
