Our systems workshop will explain how to start devising systems for your business and give you practical assistance to develop one or more systems that you can start to implement immediately.
We will consider the customer, suppliers, the different departments within the business, management, and any other stakeholders. What is their part in the system? And how do we ensure that they follow the system?
