Energise, Strategise Thrive! Fuel your Mind, Body and Business for 2025.
This day-long event focused on getting you and your business ready for the year ahead. You’ll meet entrepreneurs and small businesses owners from across the Midlands to shake off those January blues and get you heading into the new year with focus and ambition.
There’s no need to be an FSB member to attend, this a great opportunity to take part in the Federation of Small Businesses community.
Following a sell-out event in 2024, we will once again be at The Woodlands on the Leicestershire/Northamptonshire border.
Alongside practical talks, expect a magical setting and outstanding refreshments, including a two-course lunch, smoothie station, toasting marshmallows around the fire in the tipi, and plenty of space and opportunities for networking.

9:30-3pm Bootcamp: Enjoy interactive sessions with likeminded business owners, to get inspired, informed and prepared for a great year ahead. Included: 2-course lunch plus networking and refreshment breaks throughout the day.

The Bootcamp will feature expert speakers throughout the day, giving tried and tested tips which you can put into practice or take back to your team to help you strengthen your mind, body and business in 2025. Want to be a speaker in future? Get in touch!
During the breakout sessions, you will be able to browse the Business Support Expo stands to source essential business advice and guidance from local experts, plus chat ideas with new contacts over refreshments and while making s’mores around the fire in the Tipi.
We want all small business owners to be able to share their own ideas and knowledge with each other, so on the day you’ll be encouraged to network and discuss in the breaks, take part in the regular roving mic sessions and use the hashtag #FSBBootcamp to share your own tips on social media.

Jennifer Thomas MIED
Jennifer manages the activities of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) across Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland, supporting and working with the 4,500 FSB members in those three counties. As well as organising and running business support events like Bootcamp, she holds several Board positions across the area, representing SMEs at every level.
FSB is the UKs organisation for small businesses and self-employed people, offering business support services to their 150,000 members and the wider small business community, as well as lobbying for fairness on key issues like tax and regulation.
Jennifer believes that the best thing for our economy is to give small business owners the right conditions to thrive, and the space and platforms to tackle challenges together and share their expertise and experiences with each other. She’s often looking for members to get involved and volunteer in FSB activity and events and act as small business ambassadors.

Rupert and Angela Turton – ActionCOACH Oakham & Kettering
Rupert and Angela have been providing business coaching for over five years and during that time have supported 100+ local businesses through one-to-one coaching, group coaching, strategy days, team alignment, planning days, and interactive workshops.
Before you invest in marketing and selling your product or service, your business needs to have the foundations in place to ensure you can deliver and retain your customers. Angela and Rupert will explain how you get the biggest impact from your cash, ensure your clients buy from you time and time again, and focus your efforts to the best effect.
