How to communicate with your prospective clients or customers
Different people have different wants and needs, and therefore need different messages to convince them to part with their hard-earned money or time.
If you’re not getting the results on the platform of your choice (whether that be emails, letters, or social media), have a look at who you are targeting and what they need to hear from you.
Then compare it to what you are currently doing and saying. Remember, marketing isn’t about what you want to say, it’s about what gives your potential clients/customers the most value and generates the best response.
Alongside social media, we like to talk face-to-face with our local business community, and get to know them and the challenges they are facing.
We offer free advice sessions, webinars, and workshops, throughout which we stick to our WHY. We collaborate with other local businesses too. Our way of marketing suits us and our business as it allows people to get to know us and gain a better understanding of what we do, and how we help businesses to grow.
To us, it doesn’t feel like marketing as we enjoy what we do. Do we expect everyone we talk to sign up to coaching? Of course not!
Coaching doesn’t suit everyone and we simply enjoy the process of helping people along the way. Do we get clients and referrals from our approach, yes we do because we get to meet those that are ready to make a change and who have grown to know, like, and trust us enough to ask for our help to do it.
